Our Process

  • We meet with you to discuss your requirements,

    We provide a detailed explanation of the steps involved in the design and construction process

  • A preliminary agreement is prepared and signed.

    You pay the initial(non-refundable) preliminary deposit based on your project project.

    We arrange a soil test, contour survey, property information reports and property inspection.

    We work with you to prepare conceptual drawings

  • We prepare and present your new home tender.

    Once you sign the tender we will work with you to finalise the design in selecting colours, fittings, and fixtures.

    Finally, we complete the full contract drawings for your project

  • We prepare your contract documents including drawings, specifications, engineering.

    The Contract is signed and the Balance of 5% deposit (less previous amounts paid) is required.

    We lodge your drawings with the building certifier and relevant council for standard building and plumbing approvals.

  • The construction process typically commences within 15 days of receipt of building, plumbing & finance approvals.

    It includes the following stages:

    1. Base/Slab Pour: This initial stage involves laying the foundations for your house, commonly known as "the slab." The site is surveyed, cut, and underground drainage is completed before pouring the footings and slab.

    2. Frame Assembly: The framing of your house includes external walls and trusses that support the roof. This stage builds the skeleton of your home, with electrical and plumbing components installed within the frame. The roof structure is also set during this phase, typically taking around two weeks to complete.

    3. House Enclosed: This is the exciting phase where windows, ceilings, walls, and roofs are installed and secured to the frame and slab. By the end of this stage, you'll witness your envisioned dream home taking shape.

    4. Fixings Internal and External: Here, we focus on adding fittings and fixtures. These include walls, doors to rooms, tiles, showers, wardrobes and cupboards.

    5. Practical Completion: All the major work is completed in preparation for you to move in. Our Construction team will organise a final inspection for you. Any touch ups will be completed to your satisfaction before hand-over.

    We provide the opportunity for you to attend regular meetings on site with the building supervisor, where any questions or queries you may have can be discussed

  • Your new home will be thoroughly cleaned, both inside and out, by a professional commercial cleaning service.

    We ensure the site is cleared of all construction debris.

    Finally, we meet you on-site for a walkthrough of your new home, hand over the keys, and provide you with a handover folder containing all final certificates and operating manuals
